Annual SGW Retreat
SGW Retreat was born in late Summer 2022. I was away for the weekend with my sister and talking about our dreams.
I said to her, "it would be SO AMAZING to have an entire wellness retreat!" I put it out there in the universe. "Maybe in a couple years," I thought. But it didn't take a couple years. It took 11 months.
Once I said it out loud, I couldn't help but start researching and planning and before I knew it, we were booking our guest speakers and tickets were selling!
SGW Retreat was a beautiful experience that exceeded all of my expectations and inspired me to make this an annual event. So here we are, planning 2025's epic weekend retreat.

This retreat has been carefully curated to help you relax and apply strategies to have a better sense of peace & fulfillment in your life.

Guests will be receiving therapeutic aromatherapy massage, with the scents personalized to their individual needs. The goal is to enhance your retreat experience with deep relaxation!

Gentle physical activity can improve your brain health, gut health, reduce the risk of disease, and help clear your mind. Meditation can help you gain perspective, help manage stress, help you focus on the present and reduce negative emotions. We will have opportunities daily for each of these activities (don't worry! Movement will be moderate and designed for everyone.)

Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, this workshop offers practical tools and supportive space to foster healing from within.

Enjoy delicious home-cooked breakfasts, lunches, and snacks as well as dinners. Part of wellness is learning how to nourish your brain and body and we will be mindful of that with our meals this weekend.
